Processing Time
Every piece is made freeform, by hand — no molds — so please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Custom clock commissions may require additional time; estimated timelines will be shared when your commission is confirmed.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your piece. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3-6 business days after processing
- International: 10-30 business days after processing, where available
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, particularly during holidays or periods of high demand.
How We Pack Fragile Work
Resin and crystal pieces are inherently fragile, so every order is carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to minimize movement during transit. Clocks and wall panels ship in reinforced boxes built to the piece's dimensions. While we take every precaution, we can't control how carriers handle packages in transit.
Damaged in Shipping
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll make it right — refund, repair, or replacement, your choice. Please see our Return & Damage Policy for full details on how to report shipping damage.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, transit delays are outside our control. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us at bellaeleniart@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier.
Local Pickup / Festival Pickup
If you'd like to pick up your order in person (Austin, TX area) or arrange pickup at an event we're vending at, select that option at checkout or email us at bellaeleniart@gmail.com to coordinate.
International Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
