Return & Damage Policy
All Bella Eleni Arts pieces are handmade freeform in resin with real crystals — no two are alike, and each one is made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind on a custom or commissioned piece? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours, work may have already begun on your piece, so cancellations are no longer accepted. If you need to make changes to your commission (design details, sizing, etc.) within that window, just email us at bellaeleniart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Damaged in transit?
We've got you. Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives, and if it was damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days at bellaeleniart@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the damage (piece and packaging)
- Your order number
From there, we'll make it right — your choice of a full refund or a repair/replacement, whichever works best for you.
Wrong or defective item
If you received the wrong piece, or there's a defect in the resin or crystal work that wasn't part of the intended design, reach out at bellaeleniart@gmail.com and we'll evaluate and resolve it — refund, repair, or replacement.
Custom & commission pieces
Custom clocks and commissioned work are made to your specifications and are final sale, except in cases of shipping damage or defect as outlined above, or cancellation within the 24-hour window.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it post, contact us at bellaeleniart@gmail.com.
